About Me
“When I looked down the viewfinder for the first time I fell in love; I knew this was what I wanted to do.”
The first time I ever held a “proper camera” was at a mate’s wedding many, many years ago. It was not particularly common to see DSLR’s floating about back then (“mirrorless” wasn’t even a thing) unless it was in the hands of a serious hobbyist or professional. A mate of mine had just gotten himself an entry level DSLR and I got to play with it a bit at the wedding. When I looked down the viewfinder for the first time I fell in love; I knew this was what I wanted to do. My friends caught on that I wanted to get into photography as a hobby and pitched in and got me my very first DSLR on my birthday that year and the rest was history. I became very passionate and dedicated to the craft, starting with my love for landscape photography before expanding into other genres. Today I’d like to share that passion with you.
